The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a solid history in Automotive General Management. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of the dealership and providing leadership and guidance to all employees. Responsibilities

· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dealership, including sales, service, parts, and finance departments.

· Work closely with department managers to set and achieve sales targets and performance goals.

· Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve monthly and annual forecasts for all departments.

· Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

· Review critical metrics daily for each department and make necessary adjustments to increase production.

· Assist with Advertising and marketing plan for dealership to increase volume of business.

· Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales or service processes.

· Provide training and support to all staff.

· Hire, mentor, and monitor the performance of all Department Heads, overseeing all the employees inside the Dealership.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

· Review and analyze financial reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

· Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturer representatives.

Qualifications:

· At least 5 years of experience in a management role at an automotive dealership

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· General Motors Experience Preferred.

· Ambitious and goal oriented

· Strong understanding of inventory control.

· Proven track record of driving sales and profitability

· Extensive knowledge of General Motors vehicles and dealership operations

· Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred)

· Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Records Report.
